A written needs assessment
The gap, in your own words, agreed before the programme is designed. Yours to keep whether or not you engage us.

The same sequence whether it is a three-day workshop for twelve people or a year of organisational development.
Nothing is proposed until the gap is established. We interview the people who will be in the room and the people they report to, read what the organisation already produces, and write down what the team must be able to do differently afterwards. That sentence becomes the brief.
Content, cases and exercises are built against that brief. The raw material is the knowledge your people already carry: their cases, their forms, their bottlenecks. A generic case study teaches a generic lesson.
Case studies, role play, group work and simulation. The facilitator sets the problem and holds the structure; the participants do the work. In-house, online, at our centre in Ibadan, or abroad on a study tour.
Everyone leaves with tools written for their own desk rather than notes about someone else’s. We agree what should be different within a month, and we ask.
Most training puts the expert at the front and the participants in rows. It is efficient to deliver and easy to sell, and it is the reason so little of it survives contact with the office.
We invert it. Participants take the active role and the facilitator the passive one, because adults with real responsibility already hold most of what the session needs. Our job is to structure that knowledge, test it against practice, and hand back something that can be used immediately.
The cost is ours, not yours. It takes longer to prepare, the materials cannot be reused between clients, and the facilitator has to know the sector well enough to be useful without taking over. That is why our faculty carry a minimum of ten years in the field.
It is also why every engagement begins with a needs assessment and ends with tools that are directly implementable. A certificate is not an outcome.
Four things leave the room with every participant. None of them is a photograph of a flip chart.
The gap, in your own words, agreed before the programme is designed. Yours to keep whether or not you engage us.
Cases, exercises and slides built on your organisation’s own material, not a stock deck.
Templates, checklists and instruments sized for the job the participant actually does.
Issued on completion, for each participant.
Scheduled public courses at our centre in Ibadan, and in Abuja and Lagos.
The same learner-centred method, delivered live to distributed teams.
Run on your site, for your team only, built from a needs assessment.
Every custom programme begins with a needs assessment. No obligation, and no proposal written before we understand what your people need to be able to do.
