We build the programme backwards from there.

Run on your site, for your team only, built from a needs assessment.
The facilitator takes the passive role. The people in the room already hold most of what the session needs. Our work is to structure it and test it against practice.
The gap is established before anything is proposed. No programme is written first.
Content, cases and exercises built from the knowledge your people already carry.
Case studies, role play, group work and simulation, in-house, online or abroad.
The test is what changes on the Monday after. Tools go back directly implementable.
Most training ends when the room empties. A certificate is issued, a flip chart is photographed, and the organisation carries on exactly as it did before. We were registered in 1992 to do the opposite.
Our method is learner-centred: participants take the active role and the facilitator the passive one, because adults with real responsibility already hold most of what the session needs. Our job is to structure it, test it against practice, and hand back something that can be used immediately.
That is why every engagement begins with a needs assessment and ends with tools that are directly implementable. It is also why we work across poverty reduction, health, governance, education, agriculture, procurement and organisational development rather than in a single sector. The problems our clients bring are rarely confined to one.
We bring international practice and standards through our partners, and the local knowledge to apply them here. Both halves matter. One without the other is how capacity fails to hold.
Every custom programme begins with a needs assessment. No obligation, and no proposal written before we understand what your people need to be able to do.
