The World Bank
Client and partner on capacity work across the region.

Registered in Ibadan in 1992 to do the opposite of what most training does.
Most training ends when the room empties. A certificate is issued, a flip chart is photographed, and the organisation carries on exactly as it did before. We were registered in 1992 to do the opposite.
Our method is learner-centred: participants take the active role and the facilitator the passive one, because adults with real responsibility already hold most of what the session needs. Our job is to structure it, test it against practice, and hand back something that can be used immediately.
That is why every engagement begins with a needs assessment and ends with tools that are directly implementable. It is also why we work across poverty reduction, health, governance, education, agriculture, procurement and organisational development rather than in a single sector. The problems our clients bring are rarely confined to one.
We bring international practice and standards through our partners, and the local knowledge to apply them here. Both halves matter. One without the other is how capacity fails to hold.
